Lie detection in thailand

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could advise on legitimate lie defection or polygraphs in Thailand, I saw one from Google search called "Thailand polygraph association" but don't know how credible or even better if someone used it and could advise me on this. Been having some problems with workers and don't want to make a fuss about it so figured a polygraph would do the trick.

I can just see your workers lining up for a lie detector test.

I reckon it's you who should take one for posting fictitious nonsense on here.

"Hi Crew, I don't want to make a fuss, but can you join the queue for the lie detector "

Just get a laptop, some coloured wire, a few clips, and a blood pressure monitor, they wont know the difference anyway.

Then again.....The Salem Test would work.

"The eye's are the window to the soul", we've all heard that one before yeah, Well there is some research that go to this, ie truth and untruth, eg

if you asked a question to someone and they looked up and left, they are accessing visually constructed images, (vc) /lie

If you asked a question to someone and they looked up and right they are accessing visually remembered images.(vr)/ truth

now similar for asking about hearing something, eyes left auditory constructed, (ac) or eyes right auditory remembered (ar).

Eyes left and down is a feeling, and eyes right and down is internal dialog, (talking to yourself).

There's more about activating east and west hemisphere of the brain when asking questions, imagined/lie recalled/truth,

But the jury is still out on this but not to difficult make a list of test questions and see how it turns out.

just google it, you'll get the picture.cheersthumbsup.gif

You dont need a lie detector in Thailand every thing Thais tell you is a lie or a truth bent

So you think putting your employees on a lie detector is "not making a fuss". Hopefully your workers will see you in court for harassment.

There are no workers, it's a made up story to generate some Thai bashing.

IMHO.

mate, its simple, if the workers open their mouths and say anything(especialy if they deny anything) its a good bet they are lying(same as politicians/lawyers), dont need a detector to find out.

in Thailand it's much easier to tell !

you can tell someone is lying when they make sounds with their mouth

what you need is a corruption detector. maybe your lie detector has a switch.

more like the lie detector has slots for credit cards on both sides...

Lie dectors are fooled pretty easily.

Why bother?

Or maybe you ?

Anyway the machine would break in this land of lies, so no need to try.

It seems you have had some NLP training. It works wonders!

Combine the eye patterns with the incongruent body movements and pregnant pauses, and you can 'read' most people well.

Cheers to you! thumbsup.gif

Try waterboarding......

cut out the middleman like the army and just lock them up now

If you have a business now tomorrow you won't after they walk out, and none will work for you. Also you will have the department of labour put charges on you and close you down after they lay complaints against you.

Bamboo under the finger nails and they will tell you anything you want to hear.

They will even tell you what happend to Jimmy Hoffa.facepalm.gif

I look forward to hearing how this plays out. Can't imagine any good coming from a falang boss polygraphing his thai workers

I think I started a flame lol. Lots of good comments though.

I know they are lying, you can tell. I bet YOU can tell too - but you cannot prove.

I couldn't agree more with shirtless' comment. You feel me? Look, if you're working for a company, that's one thing. When you own something with workers - and your workers start stealing stuff it's very frustrating.

Can they sue me for harassment? I thought u had to go through an agreement on one of these things.

Sigh.... T_T
