Goinghomesoon
Yay I'll be hitting the big smoke (Bangkok!) for a couple of days in the new year....desperately need a new bumpy foam roller for post-run enjoyment-slash-torture.... Training for the Yangon half-Mara has my leg muscles feeling like they are tied in knots. Rather than schlepping around every random SuperSports in town, does anyone know if they actually carry foam rollers? Or suggest somewhere that does? fishbrando
I got a Trigger Point Grid foam roller for 2000 baht at The Lab near Sukhumvit 31. It's pricey but a good choice if you need one right away as they had quite a few of them stocked.
