Need expert's help please.

I'm currently holding a 90 day non-o visa based on marriage, and now running it's 2nd week of 60 day extension.

I had my work permit application submitted during the last three days validity of the first 90 day. Unfortunately didn't able to extend it to a year due to failure to provide all the documents needed, and had to extend to 60 day instead.

Is my visa case serves legal rights to work reconsidering on processed work permit application under BOI company?

Do I have to extend my visa to a year (independent/dependent) to be valid to work or to get a new 90 day when it expires would be an option?

Any helpful thoughts would be much appreciated!

You can get a work permit and work with your current non-o visa entry and the 60 day extension of it. It is the same fwith an extension of stay based upon marriage.

You do not have to get another visa and 90 day entry from it unless you are unable to extend your stay before it ends.

As you are married it would be better to apply for a 1 year extension of stay based on marriage rather than work (WP). You are still allowed two work but your stay is independent of your WP.

And I can only do the independent visa extension if I have enough fund in my bank account isn't it? Or else to use proof of income would certainly get my visa extension dependent to my work permit. Therefore, in dependent visa to work/WP, when my WP is cancelled, my Visa is automatically cancelled too.

You can use your income from working to get an extension based upon marriage if your income is 40k baht or more. You would need 2 months of tax payments to prove the income and your work permit.
