January 1, 201610 yr The non-immigrant visa “O-A” (Long Stay) is basically for people who plan to retire in Thailand. It is not the same as the non-immigrant visa O (non-O visa) you plan to get for the purpose of visiting your child of Thai nationality, which the consulate in Hong Kong does not seem to list on its website. The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

January 1, 201610 yr Author Got it - thank you I was looking for some leisure time with family in HK, but that will now be without Visa application
January 2, 201610 yr Got it - thank you I was looking for some leisure time with family in HK, but that will now be without Visa application Are you married to the mother or have legalized your paternity through court, being listed on BC does not make you the legal father. You can probably get a single entry non-o visa in HK good for 90 days that can be extended in Thailand for 60 days
