Minimum wage in Thailand

I know that there is a minimum wage in Thailand. But when it was introduced it was not in all provinces and it did't work for the people that worked on a farm.

I spend some time on Google and cann't find the details on this law.

That will be my mistake, I think, because I cann't read Thai.

So just a question to the members on this form.

Is the minimum wage for all provinces in Thailand?

What occupation doesn't fall under minimum wage?

If somebody has a link, in English if possible, about this law, please post it.
