Sent a document by EMS to the USA in November 2015 for Baht 600. Sent the same size and weight document by EMS to the USA 26 January 2016. Cost Baht 1,400. Anyone else experience this unbelieveable EMS Postal increase?

Is there anyway else to send envelope sized mail with a tracking ability to the USA or Europe at a reasonable cost?

you could try registered post gives tracking number a little cheaper but longer posting time
