At the local Revenue Office. Labour wants to see the tax clearance receipt and a copy of the PND91 form. Obviously, these are only available if you paid tax over your income.

When you finished work, you should have been supplied with a Withholding Tax Paid Form for the last fiscal year - you will need this to complete your PND 91 Annual Personal Income Tax Return for 2015.

If you don't yet have it - ask your employers for it as they have a legal obligation to provide you with documentary evidence of (any) Tax Paid on your behalf.

In the absence of a Withholding Tax Form then Labour might want to see your former employers monthly PND 1 salary tax return forms and receipts over the last year.

Labour may also ask for evidence of social insurance payments made in the last year on your behalf as well.

Thanks for this, digitalchromakey. Forgot about this.

Our local Revenue Office demands this when renewing the work permit.
