Emirates early check in

Featured Replies

I have a flight out of BKK with Emirates with the family at 9:30pm.

I would like to check in around 3pm then take the aiport rail link into town to have dinner. Can I check in that early? Travelling cattle class. Alternatively, can you check baggage in at Phaya Thai with Emirates early? Last I knew, only Thai Airways offered the facility, it may have been abandoned altogether or expanded to other airlines since.

Airport Rail Link baggage check in and the Express Train have been suspended. All trains now make all the stops along the way. If you have bags, best to board at Phiya Thai so you can get seats...trains get very crowded along the way.

If you have a Smartphone, get the Emirates Ap...very useful and that will tell you about early check-in. If you can not check in when you want to, you can always check your bags at left baggage for the day.

Yes , I did it DEC 2014 at 5 pm for 01.00 am departure

I usually have the buffet at the Airport Novotel, 1050B pp, service begins at 18.00, free minibus arrival level gate 4, there is a walk tunnel to the hotel at airport rail link, but sweating guaranteed.

I check in before heading to the buffet, plenty of time for my flight at 20.45.
