PM Prayut denies claims of manipulation of 2017 election

Featured Replies

Please let me complete that for you dear general

In addition, he insisted that the government will adhere to the EVER CHANGING national reform road map even though the schedule of the next election may need to be delayed to later in 2017.

I was wondering why he made this denial. Now I understand why.

Getting very close to thought crimes already. Maybe next week we'll see that.

Nonsense! Since when have coup leaders interfered in politics, freedom of speech or the economy ? The country is in good hands. wink.png

Said nobody, ever.

Have no idea why Prayut keeps talking about elections.

There will not be elections for 5 to 8 years. And I have

to say this constant rewriting of the constitution by whoever

has grabbed power, so they can make sure they

do not get punished by the next people who grab power

is funnier than hell. Wonder what the American people

would say if congress said they were going to re-write

the constitution.... :-)

@Arrowsdawdle, great post about the Boston Strangler. Relevance doesn't seem to be your strong suit.

Anyone remember the "I am doing this for you" statement? Kind of reminded me of my father and his "this is going to hurt me more than it does you" pre beating pep talk. I wonder if he feels that he is helping these folks when he punishes them for liking somebody's post on Facebook.

Let's face facts, he has to pick the next government because a lot of folks want this coup process to stop. To me that implies punitive measures to be taken in the future and holding someone responsible for the 2014-2018 economic decline. Hopefully someone in the next government does an accounting of what was stolen.
