you can NOT live in Thailand with the interest generated by 1.5 million Baht!

I saw someone had mentioned to you in another thread the high dividend yield quoted on JASIF and recommended it to you based on that high yield.

Firstly understand exactly what JASIF does. Then whether you think that dividend is sustainable and where you think the price is going - as there's little point chasing a high historic dividend yield if it gets cut and the shares suffer a capital loss to boot.

Understand the relationship between JAS and JASIF and how they may impact each other, as well as TTTBB a subsidiary of JAS

Given how JASIF earns its income you really need to have some understanding of the agreements it has in place to generate that income, and how they may be impacted by developments in the sector. These include the lease agreements on the assets.

People have been attracted by the yield. I haven't yet seen anyone write much on here with an understanding of the business, downside risks, legal/lease agreements etc. Looking forward: 4G, 5G, industry and technology developments generally etc

Have a look here to start. If you come away with the feeling you don't understand enough about the company and your potential investment then walk away
