Bankei Mahamakut Buddhist University Bookstore, opp Wat Bowoniwet, near Khao San Rd. Large selection of books on Buddhism in English. Also Shaman Books on Khao San Rd. Another expensive, though excellent store, is on the 4th or 5th floor of Silom Complex, next to Sala Daeng station.
