Hi all.

I am doing my visa run to Savannakhet on the 30th of March.

As usual I will be going by car, but this time alone, so if anyone is interested in joining me, you are welcome to. Great if you are willing to share the cost as well. 500 for gasoline and 250 for parking, 750 in total. I will be leaving from Big C in Ubon about 6 am and can take maximum 3 people.

PM me if you are interested.

Enjoy your day!

Andy

what a nice man, with a good offer, something we could do with seeing more of.

Thank you. :)

It's just that I don't enjoy going alone.

Normally the missus comes with me, but this time she can't.

That's why I thought maybe someone from here was due for a visa run around the same time.

Remember you have to stay overnight on Savan now...no same day visas.

Yes, I am aware of that.

That's why I put 30-31 March in the title. smile.png

Thanks anyways.

i always park my car for free in front of the bridge. has that changed?

Pot- Harry needs some new stash, Freddie wants to smuggle some burees and James has a very strange allergy. He can't shower for weeks.

Can you please take them all for 250 extra baht? laugh.png

Of course I can, and I won't charge extra. :D

It's 250 Baht for 24 hours at the parking on the left side just in front of the entrance.

As far as I know it's always been like that.

It's covered and has 24 hr security.

Well worth the money, unless you drive a lemon. :)

I would rather be the lone ranger.....no tonto.

As far as I know, there are no tonotos here on ThaiVisa, only intelligent, rich and successful people, so I am not the least worried. :D

Live in a house with 10 thais my wife and kids.....Left school and never looked back. Made my way through life without any help.

Not rich or poor. Not up not down....you seem to have a chip on the shoulder and a shortage of petrol money.

Maybe you didn't see the smiley at the end of my reply. :)

I would just like some company in the car.

I don't need anyone's money.

Just thought I could make it easy for someone as well as benefit from some company.

Sorry if my kindness offended you. Guess you don't get too much of that living with 10 Thais.

Did the trip last month....

The uncovered parking is still free, was quite full, and actually had a better "feel" about it than the covered parking. More visible, I guess.

Easy run, the bus even waited for us at the Laos side !

Only hiccup being the Thai immigration lady stamping USED across my newly acquired Multi Entry non-O visa. This caused some explanation at Don Meuang recently and no doubt will each time I come in .
