My accountant sometimes makes big problem of about everything, so need some info or experience from outsider.

Business inactive more than year, and I've been almost all that time overseas myself. Monthly vat reports have been sent by her but not made latest annual report, last year and this year should be done. Company has not office anymore, that seems to be biggest problem now.

There is (should be...) returnable funds/tax "in", but as they actually don't return them in cash I've already count that lost money. Want to cancel registration to reduce costs and paperwork of company, for some own reasons I don't want to shut it down or give/sell away.

How to fix this and how much it will approx cost?
