For the last 3 weeks we have had many days without water, this is in the city near Sima Thani hotel.

It just come on for about 1 hour at a time like last night it came on at 11PM.

Anyone else having problems in Korat City?

Here in my Chayaphum village no water for the last 10 days and before that had just an hour or two/day for 2 weeks.

Luckily we can store quite a lot but another 10 days and we will be out too. Relatives come to us for showers and rain water for drinking. See he occasional tanker around but not enough.

No water at our place in a village near Roi Et for over 36 hours. It's not unusual for the water pressure to drop to nothing at peak times, but at least we can usually fill our 500 litre tank overnight, but last night.... nothing!

I found out this morning that many villagers have a pump connected directly to the main, with no storage tank, so they are effectively sucking our share of water out of the main. We're on the outskirts of the village so we're the least likely to get water when the pressure drops.

I'm in the process of improving the water distribution system around our property, which includes an additional 500 litre tank, and hopefully a borehole soon, but we could do with it right now!

I put a by pass on my system a few years ago so I can by pass the tank and pump (suck) directly from the street. I do this when the water company is not pumping. When this is happening I then turn on the outside hose and put it in the tank to fill it up. I could pump directly into the house but I like to run it through the tank as then some of the sediment filters out.
