webfact
Oops sorry! Man pistol whips Pattaya teenager in mistaken identity ragePATTAYA: -- A jealous trader pistol whipped a young man in the street in a bizarre case of mistaken identity in downtown Pattaya this morning.Used goods trader Panya Phitsapan, 38, from Sri Racha told police that his girlfriend had gone out with friends but when she did not answer messages he drove to Pattaya to find her.He said he saw a car he had bought her being driven by a young man and believed that she was sitting next to him. He went up to the car in the slip road to Central Pattaya with a gun and hit the 18 year old driver over the head with a pistol. It was only then, he said, that he realised the girl in the car was someone else. His girlfriend was actually in a car with a friend behind.Police took Panya into custody along with a 9mm pistol found in his red plate Honda Civic. Meanwhile the bloodied victim Sakarin Wirakun, 18, was sent to Memorial Hospital for treatment. The gun was legally registered but Panya faces charges for carrying it concealed in city limits and assault. The case continues.-- 2016-04-

Merylhighground
Stripping away the hideously amateurish persiflage in this 'reporting'; An emotionally retarded Thai male thought his girl was running around behind his back. In an attempt to 'save face' he raced down to Pattaya in a rage with a deadly weapon, couldn't find his girl whose feet had probably not long since already been pointed at a nearby ceiling, turned his childish anger to the first person he thought he could 'take' and when the cops arrived he made the same old excuse. He is expected to be fined 500B and released later...... Edited April 8, 2016 by Merylhighground
