colinm
At this page [http://www.thaivisa.com/424.0.html]here[/url] it looks like it easy to get a one year visa. Purpose of visit "Holiday" for one year is okay? Is no other documentation needed for this visa? What are my chances of getting this if I apply in the UK (I'm a British citizen). I already have around 6 VOA in my passport.

jbaldwin
No you cannot get a one year visa for the purpose of "holiday". Tourist visas are granted for this purpose

Maestro
Visit the link Baldwin. You're responding to obvious bait. Tropo, the original post does show up the fact that a lot of the information to which the links on the home page of ThaiVisa (http://www.thaivisa.com/) point, is a zillion years old, much of it out of date, obsolete, superseded. To give just one example, take the fee of 500 Baht for an application for extension of stay with form TM.7 mentioned on http://www.thaivisa.com/318.0.html. There’s work for two persons for one year to clean up and update all that stuff. --------------- Maestro
colinm
Thanks Maestro, It isn't a troll, from the front page I clicked here: Multiple Entry Non-Immigrant Visa It states this visa is your best choice and the application form states Holiday. Doesn't say anything about what else is needed to apply. I guess this is no longer/never been correct then?
