webfact Posted May 12, 2016 Share Posted May 12, 2016 Man Found Dead in the Sea with his Throat CutPATTAYA: -- At 3pm on Wednesday May 11th, officers from Pattaya Police Division, along with Sawangboriboon Foundation Volunteers, investigated the discovery of a body around two-hundred meters from the shoreline near the Chonglom Temple, Banglamung, Chonburi.As the tide was out officers could walk to the scene and found the body of thirty-four-year-old Pisal Poomnoy, who was wearing navy blue fisherman’s trousers. Officers also noticed a cut wound to his neck.Mr. Dao Kaewlaikam, forty-seven, reported that he noticed something floating in the sea whilst he was out searching for clams and called officers to investigate.
