You misread my comment. You were the one suggesting this was "my last hope" when in fact the constipation problem has only recently occurred, so my first port of call was here for members who suffered the same problem to comment. Obviously if the problem persisted, or if I was suffering some kind of other symptoms like bleeding etc, I would definitely seek professional help, but I really don't someone to point out the obvious, like go see a doctor, it might be serious. -
