simon43
It took officials two hours to find 33-year-old Shan Linag and 28-year-old Ms Geng Bei... From personal experience of searching for lost tourists in that area, the lengthy time to find them has more to do with the fact that the park officials refuse to allow rescuers to shout or blow whistles, in case the sound wakes the tree spirits!! I know this for a fact. Can you imagine searching for someone in a jungle and being ordered to pocket your whistle and only being allowed to whisper 'where are you?'
