Degree Attestation

Recommended Posts

Attestation (legalisation) of a degree certificate is done by the Ministry of Education.

This requires that the degree programme is fully within MoE guidance and in case of a non-Thai that the student held an "ED" visa for the duration of the programme.

The former is usually not a problem, the latter however occasionally is.

Is there any way to get the degree legalised if you're not on an ED visa?

I'll be starting a postgraduate degree next year in my spare time. I work, and have a B visa/work permit.

Realistically I can't do it any other way. With the B visa I am allowed to work and study. I can't work on the ED visa.
