Two Italians Arrested For Pedophilia

Two Italians arrested and accused of sex with minors.

The Tourist Police work constantly on cases of pedophilia and we now report on one such case now which occurred in the early hours of Friday Morning.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Wootishart along with Police Captain Siam and a team of undercover officers conducted an operation in Soi Nokow in Central Pattaya to arrest two Italian Nationals accused of conducting sexual acts with girls aged under 15 years.

The arrested men are Mr. Magini Massino aged 32 and Mr. Buoguerricri Tullio aged 57. They were detained after a complaint was received from an anonymous source who claimed that the two men who stayed in the same apartment would often be seen with young girls.

The two suspects were taken back to the Tourist Police Station where Mr. Tullio confessed to befriending a 14 year old girl who studies in Sattahip. The girl, who cannot be named, told Police that she would often sleep with foreign men for the money to assist her with financing her studies.

She slept with both Italian men on two separate occasions.

The case will now be transferred to Pattaya Police Station and the Italian Embassy is also involved in the case which will now be heard in court.

whether this corresponds to the textbook definition or not , these two guys ought to know better and can have no excuses should they get heavily fined , deported or imprisoned or all three.

it would be interesting to know how the 14 year old will be dealt with , she is certainly no innocent party here.

I'm all for locking up sick pedos, but lets get it right.

Sometimes a 14 year old can look 18.

A pedo is someone who has sex with or wants to with a pre-pubescent child.

So if this girl has reached puberty, this is not the case here.

Statutory rape it may be.

Another thing that boggles the mind is how these guys can be tried and prosecuted in the media. Don't they first have the right to a trial before their lives are ruined in public? (because now, whether they are found guilty or not, they will always be known as pedos).

I have never had nor do I condone sex with girls under the age of consent, but I am all for accurate and fair reporting of the facts.

When these guys are proven guilty in a court of law, sure, out them and shout their names from the rooftops. But until then don't you think this is hillbillied-mob rule stuff.

The Australian media is very good at this. They're not so good at apologising for their many mistakes.

yes, these guys should have known better. I wonder how long it will be until young girls seeking easy money start bedding foreigners and then use blackmail and the threat of jail to extort more money. It's a very simple scam which must be in operation already and only bound to become more widespread. The most likely result: rich foreigners loosing lots of money, poor foreigners doing jail time, and a few dead Thai teenagers.

And strictly speaking, I wouldn't call them paedophiles either. But there are enough beautiful legal age girls who look like teenagers why would you take the risk with an underage girl?

Curious as to how you can make that statement when there hasn't been a trial yet. Ever hear of "innocent until proven guilty"? Guess not. Hope if I'm ever falsely accused of something that you're not the judge or a member of the jury.

Kid, that's a very big generalisation to make. While there's plenty of adults who could be described as emotionally immature, I don't see emotional maturity as a prerequisite for a teenage girl to realise she needs money to live (or go to school, whatever) and for figuring out how she can make more money than average. Probably has an older sister who taught her how.

Befriending a girl is not a crime. Knowingly having sex with someone who is underage is. I would guess that they likely are guilty, but that will not be known until after the trial. Possibly, though not likely, it could have been a setup where no sex actually took place and they were just friends. Or the girl could have looked to be of age and told the accused that she was of age. Or various other possibilities.
