June 7, 201610 yr In other words, there are more palms that need to be greased. Naturally, the new committee members will all experience a higher standard of living and will be obliged to show their appreciation to the Ayutthaya Governor. Making films in Ayutthaya just got more expensive. What a country ! ! !
June 7, 201610 yr When I rented my apartment in Europe for a multi-day movie-shoot or tv-series, the producer had to have permission from ministry of culture to be a film producer, and notify local and municipal authorities, police and fire-brigade, as well as obtain a no-objection from apartment block co-owners. Notice to be given two weeks in advance.FYI.Grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence
