June 7, 201610 yr Sent mine back last Saturday, 89 baht registered post and they put a Thai stamp over the free post stamp!
June 7, 201610 yr Author OK update went to Khon Kaen post office, handed over voting envelope guy spoke great English asked him how much "FREE" Asked if he was sure he asked lady next to him same answer "FREE" Can pay to send it registered 89bht but otherwise free. Job done. Ps only need to show passport if it's bigger than A5 or a parcel.

June 8, 201610 yr posted mine on Soi Post-office in Pattaya couple of days ago, was free there also...no id required. Bye bye Brussels!
