US Air Force to offer humanitarian services

About 80 members of the US military and their Cambodian counterparts on Monday began providing assistance, including health services outreach, in Kampot province and will continue through June 18.

The assistance is part of Pacific Angel 2016 – a joint humanitarian mission conducted in the Indo-Asia Pacific region by active US Air Force members, according to a press release from the US Embassy in Phnom Penh.

It will include general health, dental, optometry, pediatrics, physical therapy and engineering programs, the release said.
