Hello again,

No replies to my desperate search for dog obedience classes in Pattaya. Should I assume they don't exist?

Any help would be really appreciated, at the moment I think my dog really needs some 'dog socialisation' and i'm at a lose as to what to do.

Thanks again

Thanks karenmw460, have visited K9, and I got the impression it was more boarding kennels than training. Was looking for the sort of, participation training class you would get in Europe.......any ideas!!!

Sorry, no,not in Pattaya. There are several in Bangkok. but I guess that's not much use to you unless you would let your dog board there whilst being trained - an option I didn't take with my dogs.

Looks like i'm in my own in that case. Thanks for the help :o

Hi, just called friends of mine who bring their dog occasionally to a dog boarding hotel in Pattaya. it's run by an English guy. Not sure if he trains as well.

Unfortunately my friends will come back tonight from abroad. So, please have patience for some more days. Then i hope I can give you some good news.

Cheers, Nienke

Don't know the kennel name, but the owner's name is Edward and telephone nr. is 08 1294 3407

He does training as well. Don't know which method he uses, but my friends are definitely satisfied with the way this man treats the dogs.

Good luck, Nienke

Hi Chubby,

I tried k9 0n monday they said they take the dogs from you for five months you do not see them the total cost for my two was 84000 baht I asked them after five months what can they do ? I expected for that length of time they would at least be able to drive and do the times crossword, they said they will sit, stay, heel, fetch a ball !!! I could do this myself if I had two spare weeks.

The dogs are about 6 months old so I would not see them for 5 months when they were growing up, thier having a laugh they see the Farrang and think money keep away from the place I will tell anyone else the same.

I'm going to give Edward a ring this morning and see what he has to offer best of luck, Dave.
