Pattaya without "mayor".....it can only be going better

I doubt there will be quick changes.

Why shouldn't they have done something during the last two years as they did in Phuket (some ridiculous measures there)?

Why wait for expiry of the Mafia reign?

I saw about 30 officials and maybe Navy (blue uniforms) on Walking Street last night hanging around outside one of the go-gos. I approached a group of them ogling the Moulin Rouge dancers and asked whether they would be checking if they had work permits. They avoided eye contact and shuffled off.....

There was a raid on several gogos early this morning.
