TOT office open on Saturday?

Just for information. I had no internet yesterday so I thought I'd run over to the TOT office on Klang and ask what the problem was. I didn't want to waste my time if the office was closed, as I suspected it would be, so I searched for their opening times using my Smart phone but didn't find anything useful.

It was a grey, bleak afternoon so I trekked over there anyway, expecting it to be a wasted journey. The car park was almost empty so I was sure they were closed, but I went to check anyway having driven all the way over there. Much to my surprise it was open and fully staffed, but I was the only customer. Seen to immediately, told that they were replacing a piece of hardware that affected the whole area around here but it would all be back working again by the evening. Which it was.

Strange that it was devoid of customers, but I'd suggest that Saturday afternoon might be a good time to go there if you need to as it seems to be very quiet.
