I had been led to believe that it was now paid in cash into the recipient's bank account. Correct me if I am wrong. Originally it was said that it could only be spent in specific shops within 5 km of the recipients home. That would have left ONE place for my Mrs to buy things. What would happen when they arrived in his town (or "turf" as he described it) - essentially repeating Rayner's promise that they would indeed arrive in every town. No incitement to violence. Just a picture of some Asian looking guys, which is accurate since many immigrants are indeed from Asia. Jailed for posting that on FaceBook. Absolutely disgusting authoritarianism.
