State Enterprise Labor Relations Committee responds to Safety Thailand policy

BANGKOK, 29 June 2016 (NNT) – The State Enterprise Labor Relations Committee has implemented the Safety Thailand policy by tightening safety measures in all dimensions, including land, water and air.

Labor Minister Sirichai Ditthakul said that he expected the authorities to recognize the importance of safety at workplaces by creating awareness and rapidly implementing the measures.

The Labor Ministry has cooperated with the six authorities responsible for safety on which a memorandum of understanding was signed, he said.
The Department of Skill Development has initially prepared a draft curriculum for a safety training course for employees in public service industry, he said.

The BS is breathtaking. But, no doubt, attracts a huge budget. ;)

"... in all dimensions ..."!

So, it's official then, and beyond our imagination - Thailand must really be The Twilight Zone.
