July 4, 20169 yr This is not for use in a car so comfort is more a goal that strength, racing seat look but with comfort. Any one know where I can find such a seat? It has to support the use of a 5 point harness.
July 5, 20169 yr Some years ago the well-known Italian car seat maker Recaro was selling office seats in New York with a sales pitch something like: The best in your car, now in your office. It really was the car seat but mounted on usual office pivoting base + rollers. Expensive but I almost bought one. Might be still available.

July 6, 20169 yr Author I have sent numerous requests about recaro seats to many facebook pages but have not received one single answer. Why would you put up a facebook account showing what you have but not answer potential customers. There are a few websites stating they have recaro or sparco seats but when you contact them they are out of stock and have to order. I am not going to order any seat until I have sat in one first. So called gaming chairs do not have proper mounting points for my application where as car seats do, this is why I am trying to find a real seat. What this is for is I am building my own simulator so the seat has to have holes for a proper 5 point harness.
