Thailand Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 Anyone know if this new form has to be submitted with the 90 day reports? A friend of our in the Japanese expat community just did his 90-day yesterday. He was made to submit this new form, and was told it would be required with just about every routine action (90-day report, re-entry permits, visa extensions, etc.) More trees will have to die to provide the extra paper. Somebody should tell them about computers here! Don't know if is going to spread but I read elsewhere on TV that all 90 day reports at one particular immigration, maybe PathumThani, now have to be done in person! That would cause chaos here. But, i have never before heard of such a thing and could be mistaken. you are indeed mistaken because renewing the extension can coincide with the due date of a 90 days report.
