Winniedapu
"-- Thailand as new Asian business hub," Somkid has not done himself any favours by climbing into bed with this illegal coup d'etat government. He has not yet understood that you can't polish a terd. Learning that will come very hard for him, and there won't be many opportunities outside Thailand for a failed economic guru who is also known to have betrayed the Thai people and tried to polish said terd. Quisling. Winnie

Winniedapu
More masturbatory fantasies. Thailand is going down faster than Michael Douglas in his favourite wet-dream. Winnie Edited July 8, 2016 by Winniedapu
GAZZPA
The government has created a new HUB. This time an ASEAN business HUB, as distinct from an ASEAN crime and corruption HUB, although there are possibilities the two could blend on occasions. Can anyone explain how Thailand can benefit by spearheading development of the ASEAN subregion of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam? In fact a Sony executive comments that Thailand is now behind Vietnam in smartphone production because S. Korea's electronic makers have invested heavily in Vietnam. Hard to imagine how encouraging more foreign investment in these countries is going to help Thailand but the cream of the military government seems confident it will.. I believe Samsung new TV factory also going to be or indeed may already be in Vietnam. Vietnam and in time the Philippines are the 2 nations that will spearhead the Asean. Both may be behind Thailand in terms of GDP and in the Philippines case infrastructure, however things are moving fast and where as the above said nations have wide open arms Thailand is still stuck in the xenophobic mud and just cannot get out if it. Even the current ruling party push the phrase "Thailand for Thais" Hopelss, until this changes, Thailand will fall behind, absolutely no doubt about it. Strange they are so blind to what happening under their very noses.
