Tastes a bit like basmati rice...

I have come across a rice a few times here that tastes like basmati rice, but never thought to check the brand. I recently bought a hugely expensive (and disappointing) bag of basmati from Makro, but it had none of that basmati taste. It's really the only type of rice I like; too much of the rice here is just mush. If anyone has a brand recommendation for a basmati-ish tasting Thai rice for me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks v much.
