Carolina Reaper

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Anyone know where i can get my hands on some Carolina Reaper pepper in Thailand?

Best,

Will

Nope.

Best thing that you can do if you want some specific plant, be it vegetable, tree or houseplant, is to have somebody back home send you some seeds.

I'm sure any kind of pepper would grow like a weed here.

I'm still trying to get decent tomatoes to grow here. I'm gonna try one more time & if they still wont produce a GOOD tasting tomato, I'm giving up.

I've got ghost pepper seedlings growing. If I get peppers this year you can have some for seeds.

PM me.

There are plenty of online stores you can order them from

Good bit of heat, but no real flavour.

Scorpion variants have both.

I am growing Carolina reapers along with a few varieties of jalapeno, Jalmundo, Farmers (rare) and Early. I am growing these for plants, peppers and seeds. I am trying to get a feel if there is a good market for these in Thailand. Reapers grow very slow here. but seem to be doing ok.

2nd year with mine growing and just starting to produce some little green buds about 2mm in diameter but growing very slowly.

After two years I am finally getting peppers on my remaining two plants. Tried lots of places sunny, full shade, beside other plants and on their own.

Best seems to be under other plants that shade them.

Now I have peppers what's the best way to collect the seeds?

Dry first and then take the seeds or remove the seeds before drying or what?

Help!!!!!
