grahamg
Anybody any ideas of the running cost for a 8.5 watt water pump. Thanks in advance.
Jdietz
1 kWh = 1000Wh = 1 Unit = ~THB 5 1000Wh / 8.5W = 117.6 hours of running continuously for ~THB 5. So around 5 Baht every 5 days, or almost exactly a Baht a day. Budget other luxuries accordingly.

Crossy
8.5W? Wifey's koi pond swallows 500W 24/7 And Jdietz's calculations are correct, as close to zero as it's possible to get Unplug your phone charger, TV and anything else with a "standby" mode when they're not in use and you'll save as much.
