rooster59 Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 Family appeal for help in returning bodies of daughter and children murdered in Germany Image: German media report KALASIN:-- A mother and father from Kalasin province have appealed for help in returning the bodies of their daughter and grandchildren who were murdered by their husband in Germany.On Friday, Chamras Chaida, 53, and wife Daeng, 51, met with the governor of Kalasin Winnai Witthayanukul to seek his help in returning their bodies from Germany so they can be given a proper funeral in their home province.The bodies of Lamai Rubino, 37, Sukhontharat Romsabai (Pear), 19, and Sudarat Saenbutr, (Su) 14 are being held at a temple in Germany after they were murdered by Lamai’s husband Antonio Rubino, 53, at the family home in Ravensburg on July 1st.The story has made national news in Germany where police have charged Antonio Rubino with the triple murder.At the crime scene, officers reportedly found a note written by Rubino where he announced his plans to kill the family and then himself due to the breakdown of the marriage to Lamai.Mr Chamras said his daughter had been married to her husband for more than a decade after the pair met in 2005 while Antonio was on holiday in Thailand. Less than a year later they were married.In 2007, Lamai moved to Germany with her two daughters from a previous marriage who had since been adopted by Antonio.The pair have another son believed to be around 5 years old who Antonio spared during the attack.Mr Chamras added that the family just want the bodies of their loved ones returned to Kalasin so they can be given a final farewell.The Department of Constitutional Affairs are in contact with the authorities in Germany over the matter.Source: Sanook News, German media report -- 2016-07-23 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even if medical costs had been incurred they would have been paid for by the Federal Republic of Germany as (just guessing) the family will have become naturalised German citizens. Most countries do not pay to have their citizens bodies flown to foreign countries on the whim of relatives in those countries. As far as the FedRep is concerned those people are already home. It's how to get the bodies to Thailand that the family can cremate them. Your example about a British lady where the hospital wants to get paid has nothing to do with it. The German government should pay for all costs to get the bodies to Thailand. I know that the German government is already informed of the "special circumstances" and I guess it's just a formality and a matter of time that the family in Kalasin will receive the bodies to cremate them. It is very expensive to send three coffins back to Thailand which could cost 200 - 300,000 Baht. These are "special circumstances" and the German government will finally have to pay for the tickets. They can try to get the money from the piece of shit, sell the Benz and house,etc... Awaiting post from the German goverment, more and more are getting involved and to get the bodies to Thailand shouldn't be a problem if they can take hundreds of thousands of immigrants. It would be great to send the prieck who did that to the family/ village and let them deal with it. German tax payers are already way over their limit.
