Some brilliant minds will be thinking how to turn these 20 Baht amulets in to 200,000 baht or even 2 million baht. Just wait and watch for the stories to come through tongue.pngtongue.pngtongue.png

Exclusively Thai? So you want something Thai that means no one other than Thais can share it? Oh, how very Buddhist. Well, you can have 'Thainess'. And please, don't share it with the world. Remember - it's all yours.

You can't copyright hubris either.

Agreed, but you can try to corner the market.

they should be more outraged that amulets are sold as wholesale items in chinatown....

Why?

Because for Asians, amulets are suppose to be scared items obtain at temples or amulet traders / shops that specialize in it...not at wholesale shops....wholesale shops brings the meaning down to a next level as if its just souvenirs and not sacred. (its just the meaning)

For Thais you never say "sell / sale" an amulet, people use the term "rent" because amulets are no suppose to be an item to be sold. But it is ironic at the same time that amulet traders who pray and worship these amulets so much are the ones "selling" it for profit.
