TOT IPStar is down since late evening. Anyone having same problems?

CSLoxinfoIPStar is continually logging off and on. Been doing this for a week or more. They say they have a problem with the gateway again.

According to TOT customer support ShinSat has problems with an optic fiber link at the Gateway, they said the system should be up at around 09:30. Now it's 10:10.

Ipstar by TOT is now up and running again.

Intel tells me that they switched to a new Fiber Optic cable connecting TOT to ShinSat, due to road construction. Cannot confirm it! But it is humming now, better than ever. Scared me cause I thought that Toxin (errr I mean his business partners) had turned off the faucet to let them know he was still out there somewhere.
