Top cops transferred from Pracacheun police station in Bangkok -  seen as development in Nang Kai case

BANGKOK: -- Three top policemen have been transferred from Prachacheun station that has been at the centre of the sensational "Nang Kai" case.

 

They have been transferred to the Tao Poon station for thirty days or until further notice as the investigation into the alleged wrong doing of Monta Yokratanakan, 56, continues, reported Thairath. 

 

The woman who allegedly made false accusations of theft against employees is currently held in jail on several charges including lese majeste.

 

Maitri Malila, Duangsit Ngaosusit and Pokpong Fonglao were all removed from Prachacheun to Tao Poon.

 

They were replaced by three officers who went in the other direction on the orders of Charoen Srisasalak the commander of Region 2 of the met police.

 

No official reason was given but Thai reporters surmised it was because of the investigation in the Nang Kai case.

why is she allowed to have her phone? Geee no special treatment here.

 

I can see this going nowhere too, just like all the other cases with elites especially when the BIB are implicated.

 

Likely the only reason LM was one of the charges, keeps a lot of people and information quiet.
