English Language Radio Stations

Featured Replies

Hi

Despite a search I couldn't find anything recent. I'm looking for English Language Radio Stations if anyone can suggest.

I would like some easy listening with hourly news to while away the time when driving. Are there any that broadcast nationally so transmission is not lost when leaving Bangkok?

Thanks for any info.

Radio Thailand on FM88 is supposedly national and is (mostly) in English.

MET107 on FM107 broadcasts hourly western news (BBC, VOA) but doesn't get more than 60km from BKK. Western music but mostly Thai commentary.

Failing that, your smartphone with a data package and one of the multitude of radio apps and you're good to go in any language.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I listened to 107FM this morning and they are playing a song with the lyrics "I just wanna <deleted> you", over and over! <deleted>!!! I thought MCOT censored everything!

That's irony! MCOT didn't, but TV did! (This will probably be removed)

If you ever drive to Pattaya , the only and best channel is Fabulous 103FM , they play the best music and have the best radiohosts.

Or you can just tune in on any radioapp from your phone.

Thanks everyone.

Crossy, I will try that FM88 and see how it is.

I have  Bluetooth in my bike helmet which also has a FM radio receiver.  I can stream from Internet radio via my phone but would like to try the Radio to see how it is.

Thanks again
