Is it possible to buy a prepaid sim card just after arriving at U-Tapao?

Don't know for sure but you are 30 mins away from a city with 7-11 on every corner and bags of phone stores so no worries.

What he said....there is a cafe in the airport, you couild give them a try or ask at the enquiry desk. If you can last 40 min you'll be in Pattaya anyway
