August 24, 201610 yr Does anyone know where in Bangkok I can find a photo-cell switch for my garden lighting, the sort that switches on when it is getting dark and switches off in the morning? Something like this Many thanks.
August 24, 201610 yr Most of the "Home" places have photo-cell lights. But you might be better off with a timer (which are also available in the "Home" places) and probably more consistent than photo-cell. For garden lights you would want to look into the low watt LED lights and, yah just put on a timer.
August 24, 201610 yr Yup ^^^, readily available in every DIY outlet. Do look at using low-voltage LED lighting in the garden, much less exciting for the gardener when he digs up the cable "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

August 25, 20169 yr Author Been to HomePro who do not keep this Can anyone name a store that does stock these please, many thanks,
August 25, 20169 yr Last time I was in our HomePro they had at least 5 different types of photo switch. Check DirecttoShop for stock at your local HomePro branch. https://www.directtoshop.com/search?q=solar+switch "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
