I posted too quick,I saw afterwards there was an other thread on the same subject

And problem is still there,

Already had the same mess in the past.Takes one week to them to resolve before.

Yesterday I went ToT in Ban Amphur (friendly staff) to change from 1000/512 contract to 256/128 as they were never able to go over 200kbps .They tried to discourage me saying the service was better now :D:D

Not a good idea finally.I modified the password in my wifi modem according to their advice.Nothing worked anymore.Happily I still had my original ToT modem configured with the old pasword. So still have a connection

Went today and "oh solly but Sriracha not leady to change youl settings, will be done on monday" :D

TIT at its best (ToT for instance)

And cherry on the cake I payed the real value of their service for 10 months:I never payed one satang for adsl.Normally I pay by bank and no adsl invoice.10 000 bahts gift :D

I hope they will continue the same politic till they have a real customer service but I doubt.... :o
