webfact
CDC takes draft charter back from Constitutional Court for a reworking BANGKOK, 31 August 2016 (NNT) - The Constitution Drafting Commission has retrieved the draft Constitution from the court to rework some aspects of its contents. Spokesman of the CDC Norachit Sinhaseni said on Tuesday that the charter drafters had asked to revise the draft charter after they found some technical problems. Mr. Norachit said that the problems are about the ratification of documents and their delivery that took place after office hours. He added that the CDC will re-submit the revised draft charter to the Constitutional Court after every detail is checked. Meanwhile, Deputy Chairman of the CDC Supoj Kaimuk said that he has not received any detailed information regarding the return of the revised draft Constitution although Mr. Norachit has informed the charter drafters of the administrative problems. Nevertheless, he confirmed that the decision had nothing to do with a revision of the contents concerning suspending clauses, while expressing his confidence that there won't be any adjustment to those revisions. -- nnt 2016-08-

heybruce
My thoughts exactly. How can a constitution "approved" in a sham referendum still be a draft?

maoro2013
I mentioned a long time back, how can a 'draft' be voted on. The word draft implies it is not final, in fact more than implies.
