Exchanging 7-11 stamps for a truemove H prepaid credit

So i read from truemove H site that if you exchange a certain number of 7-11 stamps you can get a free prepaid credit card with some credit 50+ bht i think.

 

So i have around 14 of these stamps i go to 7-11 and change and well she tells me i cannot change it and i don't understand thai nor does she speak english so she was going on explaining something in thai to me as to why i could not change those stamps which i collected the last few days buying stuff from 7-11 as i was visiting thailand for a week.

 

So obviously confused i left the store and it was my last day in thailand and i had a flight to catch. Anyone knows why i could not change the stamps?

Did you have enough stamps ?

14 stamps (even with the value "3") is not a lot...
