there is a triathalon swim coach on trinerds.com I think that is the website with a weekly session, I have no idea what level of swimming you are at, but if your swimming is masters/tri level, then training with a little weekly coaching and time in the pool/water is key.

I got a ton of value from 1 session per month with an ex commonwealth swimming back when I was doing a lot more tris than I am now; that was easily enough to have pointers on my training program and combined with 5 days a week in the pool during tri season, I improved from 9 min 500m feeling tired at the end to 7min flat 500m cruises. I am back to 9min again now though; guess that is what happens with no training for 8 years.

But if you cannot swim, then that is another story. No doubt the coach at the trinerds meet (which I've never been to) could do one on one, but why you would want that if you aren't an elite level competitor or beginner I an unsure, as I'm only a swimmer for the tris?
