Civil servants as role models???? Jeez......I just spent the past 10 mins laughing......

Isn't the largest encroachment done by these civil servants?

The same goes for the police, they have to give the good example.

How can Civil servants who by the way are normally very uncivil, unless of course they either like you or coin of the realm has been offered or promised. How can they be role models , especially after the Land dept are counted as one of the most corrupt followed closely by the BIB , both are state officials and both could never in a million years be seen as role models. That might be seen and painting all of these people as being bad, that is not true but the ,majority are and often finding a good one is like seeking the origins of man very,  very elusive.

Thai officials specialize in saying the right thing and then... ! End of story.

They swear an oath to the King, vowing diligence, honesty and integrity. Surely breaking those vows is an LM offence?
