I'm currently in a divorce settlement in the UK . Although I got divorced 4 years ago and agreed settlement in UK you are allowed to come back for more plus 

From a previous post the divorce consist s of khor 3 and khor 7 . She stole my copy of the divorce papers and originally claimed no settlement. She has now sent me my copy via the solicitor but only khor 7 . Can anyone confirm that the settlement agreement is on the back of khor 7 or khor 3 

Just be warned I never thought she would do this to me

Your post was not clear to me so I have to ask if  you are simply asking "is the agreed to settlement from a divorce at the amphur recorded on the back of the khor 7 and/or khor 3?"   And that all you want are the answers to 

1. Yes or no, back of khor 3
2. Yes or no, back of khor 7

Am I correct?

We agreed to 20000 baht per month until my daughter was 18 can you tell me where I would find this as she is holding my documents at the moment and will only email copies to my solicitor 

Any settlement agreement you made during the divorce process at the Umphur will be typed on the back of the Khor Ror 6 Registration of Divorce not the Khor Ror 7.

 

To obtain a replacement Khor Ror 6 you need to file a Thai police loss report for a lost Divorce certificate.  Take that loss report to the Umphur where you divorced and they will give you as many copies of the Khor Ror 6 as you want for a minimal fee. Obviously this means a trip to Thailand.

 

A Khor Ror 3 is a wedding certificate. That would have been handed in when the divorce was processed and wouldn't contain divorce settlement agreements.

Both of you would have been given your own copy of the khor ror 7 and khor ror 6 on divorce.

 

Would be worth asking her for the khor ror 6 too.
