Rumor has it ... the guy was not exactly right in the head ... more harmless really. And sent threatening emails and such. His passport was probably expired and could not be renewed ... more complaints ... then the Thai police got a call and SEVEN of them went to pick him up. 

Thats the rumor, anyway.

Good job it wasn't a Turnip ,they need more Police to catch them
