Documents required for divorce in Lamphun office

Visited the amphur office to check what is required, and in addition to the ones noted elsewhere on this forum, they want my yellow book, though I fail to see how where I live is relevant.

Potential hiccup- apparently I must present the fancy piece of paper with the coloured border, and not just the copy and the English translation, both certified. I hope my wife has it somewhere, as I can't find it.
